About Noel Massie

Noel Massie served as Vice President of UPS’s U.S. Operations from 2016-2019. In this role, Massie supported and guided the package delivery and logistics services in the United States.

He is the author of the recently released book by Simon & Schuster titled Congrats! You’ve Been Promoted, an essential guide for helping new leaders and their teams succeed. 

Noel has been featured across national television programs, digital media outlets, and business publications for his insights on leadership, organizational culture, and values-based management. His television appearances include KTLA 5 Off The Clock, ARC Seattle, and New Day Northwest.

He has also been featured in publications such as the L.A. Times, the Orange County RegisterDoor to Door (written by Edward Humes), and the Harvard Business Review. In addition, Noel and his leadership perspectives have been highlighted in publications including Medium, CEO World Magazine, and California Business Journal.
